Burning Man Movie Night | Sports Basement

Bum around on Friday night with the East Bay Burners at their Burning Man Movie Night complete with comfy couches, free beer, wine, popcorn, snacks and pizza.

Snack and sip the evening away while learning about the Burning Man Festival by watching “Gifting It,” a documentary addressing the topic of the “gift economy,” which pervades the event in Nevada and carries through to the lives of the participants year round. There will also be a showing a second film along with a short video on the East Bay Burners’ art project called “Port of Fire.”

Along with a raffle contest for a chance to win prizes, everyone who attends will also get a 15% discount coupon good for the Walnut Creek Sports Basement, “Port of Fire” stickers and will be invited to their Sunday BBQ at NIMBY in Oakland. A $5 donation is suggested for this event.
