Cash Mob: “Shop Local” Party & Run: Free BBQ, Beer & Massages | SF

A “cash mob“ is targeting A Runner’s Mind. It’s like a flash mob, but instead of dancing, the focus is shopping at independent locally owned businesses with cash in order to help out that local business.

• Meet at 9 am in front of A Runner’s Mind (3575 Sacramento St SF) and run at 9:30 am.
• The free 3-5 mile casual run will be organized by Marathon Matt. If you have kids, Stroller Spa will be providing an arts and crafts table for children.

Following the run:
– A 30 minute post-run Pilates clinic by Randy of Mercury Fitness Pilates Center
– Turkish get-up challenge by Advanced Wellness San Francisco
– Plank competition to win a 5 class punch card to Goldilocks Training

Then enjoy a free BBQ and beer donated by Black Diamond Brewery. During the BBQ, they will have free massage stations set up by Pacific Spine & Joint Medical Group and an injury Q&A by Therapydia SF.
