2014 Chamber Music Seminar and Festival | SF State
The annual free Yehudi Menuhin Chamber Music Seminar and Festival takes place at SF State from Thursday, February 13, 2014 – Sunday, February 16, 2014.
Free, but tickets are required.
This special event incorporates concerts and a seminar for ensembles of all ages, advancing the belief that music has the power to create understanding and transcend differences between people.
Concerts take place at the Creative Arts Building, Knuth Hall.

- Schubert: Sonata in A minor for Arpeggione and Piano, D. 821 (1824), performed by Toby Appel, viola, and Laura Dahl, piano
- Beethoven (1770–1827): Piano Trio in D major, Op. 70, No. 1 Ghost (1808), performed by Aleron Trio

- Schubert: Lieder Set, performed by Christine Brandes, soprano, and Laura Dahl, piano
- Schubert: Piano Quintet in A major, D. 667 (1819), performed by Sarah Cahill, piano; Jackie Ross, violin; Toby Appel, viola; David Requiro, cello; and Shinji Eshima, bass
