“Mole” is a Mexican sauce made from chili peppers, other spices and (most importantly) chocolate.
Mole lovers are invited to participate in the “Mole To Die For” contest on Wednesday, November 13, 2013. During “Mole Para Morirse” (Mole To Die For), the audience will get a chance to taste a variety of regional Mole entries and vote for their favorites.
