San Francisco’s only free blues festival, the fourth annual Polk Street Blues Festival, takes place on upper Polk Street (from Broadway to California) on Saturday and Sunday, September 21-22, 2013.
The festival will feature two main stages, a merchant marketplace, arts and crafts, gourmet food booths, a large family area, cafe seating areas, and more. Full Entertainment Schedule for 2013
The event is produced by the folks behind the Fillmore Jazz Festival.
