2014 Panhandle Festival
NOW is a brand new community festival akin to a cross between [freespace] and SXSW – and they’ll be taking over the neighborhoods around San Francisco’s iconic Panhandle to produce a week of free events from April 27 – May 3, 2014.
Hundreds of people will contribute to a neighborhood-wide explosion of community projects – pop-up parklets, scavenger hunts, workshops, free dinners, free flowers, bike-in movie nights and more.
Most events are free, but a few ask for donations or have nominal fees.
