2017 “Harvey Milk Day” Commemoration
Celebration of Harvey Milk’s birthday with the LGBT Freedom Band

In celebration of Harvey Milk’s birthday, the community is invited to Harvey Milk Plaza at Castro and Market (downtairs in the Castro Muni Station) at 1 pm.
Hear from community leaders and elected officials. The event will kick-off at 1 pm with the LGBT Freedom Band. Confirmed speakers include Supervisor Jeff Sheehy, Mark Leno and Community College Trustee Rafael Mandelman. Senator Scott Wiener has stated he will try hard to make it, but so for his attendance is tentative.
