It’s time to toast to one of the city’s best roasts at Four Barrel Coffee’s 7th Birthday Bash at their Valencia storefront.
Every year is a special treat with delicious coffee, birthday cake, ice cream, a petting zoo and games for kids.
Four Barrel’s 7th Birthday Bash
Wednesday, August 19, 2015 | 7 am to 4 pm
Four Barrel Coffee, 375 Valencia St., San Francisco
FREE2015 Birthday Bash Highlights:
- $1 drinks. Yep: anything that you can drink is only $1. $1 quad-shot, almond-milk mocha, anyone? (Historically, they’ve given them away for free, but in 2015 they’ll be donating the money from the $1 drink “sales” to Robot Mata coffee cooperative in Ethiopia toward school supplies, chairs, facility expansion and renovation, etc. Think of it as a forced donation to a rad cause.)
- Free photo booth from 12-4 pm from Glass Coat Photo Booth
- Free Tartine cake promptly at 12 pm. (Word to the wise: it doesn’t last long)
- Free Humphry Slocombe ice cream scoops.
- For the bigger kids, we’ll set up free Street Fighter II and Big Buck Hunter arcade games in the back. Because they’re the best.
- For the smaller kids, they’ll have a small petting zoo set up in one of the parklet corrals from 12–3 pm, courtesy of Little Explorers Mobile Petting Zoo. And yes, Charlie the Alpaca will be there.
- Skylite Snowballs will set up nearby, selling her sophisticated take on the traditional Baltimore snowball from 12-4 pm.
