Bay Area 2018 Himalayan Fair
The Himalayan Fair offers a rare occasion to experience a unique Himalayan festival without leaving the Bay Area during the annual two-day Himalayan Fair in Berkeley’s Live Oak Park.

FREEFairgoers will be treated to classical Odissi dance by Jyoti Kala Mandir; Bollywood dance, local Bhutanese and Tibetan community groups presenting dance and music and the traditional offerings by two local dance schools of Bharata Natyam, performing classical South Indian dance.
This is a free event, but fairgoers are encouraged to purchase a $5 raffle ticket for a chance to win jewelry, restaurant gift cards, rugs or their grand prize, a roundtrip ticket to Nepal, courtesy of Turkish Airlines.
All proceeds from this year’s raffle ticket sales will go to organizations helping refugees in the Himalayan region.
