Kites aren’t just for kids any more. Experience the artistry of modern kite flying at the 28th Annual Berkeley Kite Festival & West Coast Kite Championships.
This annual festival for 2013 features giant creature kites as big as houses, high flying kite fights, plus free kite-making and candy drops for kids.
