Fort Point is called to action once again. Experience first-hand the momentous era of the American Civil War from live re-enactors, through infantry and artillery demonstrations, medicine in the 1800s, music, Victorian dance, and exhibits displaying the lives of men, women, and children of days past.

FREEFort Point is a National Historic site located in the Presidio under the southern anchorage of the Golden Gate Bridge. Additional parking is available at the Crissy Field lot near the Warming Hut and on the hill overlooking the fort.
