The “Now” Festival
Now is a community festival akin to a cross between [freespace] and SXSW – and they’ll be taking over the neighborhoods around San Francisco’s iconic Panhandle (plus a few all over the city) to produce a week of most free events from November 16-22, 2014.
Hundreds of people will contribute to a neighborhood-wide explosion of community projects – roof top yoga, silent discos, polar bear plunges, human scavenger hunts and more.
Most events are free, but a few ask for donations or have nominal fees.
