The Fifth Annual Salsa Festival on the Fillmore in San Francisco is a free, two-day extravaganza featuring salsa lessons, live music, and free huge outdoor dance party at the Fillmore Center Plaza on July 11-12, 2014.
The outdoor festival takes place on the historic Fillmore Street between Eddy and Post Street, and starts at 7:30 pm each night with dance parties at local bars & clubs afterwards.

Friday, July 11
Free events at Fillmore Center Plaza
- 7:30 pm – Salsa Dance Lessons with Juan
- Live Concert with Orquesta Salson and DJs
- Free after party at Brunos, 1300 and Shebas starting at 9pm
Saturday, July 12
Free events at Fillmore Center Plaza
- 7:30 pm – Salsa Dance Lessons with Tomaj Trenda
- Live Salsa Concert with Grupo Bakkan & DJs
- Special dance performance by Mambo Groovin’
- Free after party at Brunos, 1300 and Shebas starting at 9pm
Afterwards, head indoors at 10:30pm ($20 adv / $30 door, or $35 adv for both nights) to Yoshi’s and Lushlife for live music and dancing until 1:30 am.
