Free Pirate Ship Tours
The tall ship Lady Washington is back in the Bay Area offering free walk-on tours while docked in between their cruises. Crews typically are on hand in period costume to answer questions and tell stories.
Lady Washington, a replica of an 18th century sailing ship, has appeared in several television shows and movies, including Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
You can spend lots of dough for a cruise, but if you want to board the ship when its docked and take a self-guided tour, it’s free.
