Oakland’s New Massive Cranes Sail Under Bay’s Bridges
Four of the world’s largest cranes duck under GG and Bay Bridge and roost at Treasure Island

Thanks to ABC7 for providing great aerial footage and letting us know that Oakland’s brand new massive 400-ft tall cranes sailed under the Golden Gate Bridge on their way to the Port of Oakland.
The cranes, among the largest in the world, needed to have their booms lowered in order to make it under the bridge.

The cranes have anchored at Treasure Island where they will wait until the cranes are installed at a later date.
