Peanut Butter Jelly Time

People in banana costumes hand out PB&Js to the homeless
By - posted 2/7/2015 No Comment

It’s Peanut Butter Jelly Time! (aka giving away PB&J sandwiches to the homeless while wearing banana costumes). It’s an awesome way to make a difference and help out the homeless while having ridiculous fun.

You’ll all meet at Monarch to put on your banana costumes and make the sandwiches. The goal this year is to give out 1,000 sandwiches and 500 pairs of socks. After you’ve made the PB&Js, get ready for a moving dance party parade to hand them out to the lovely people of the Tenderloin and SoMa neighborhoods.
