SF Mayor Breed Exposed, Tests Negative for COVID-19
UPDATE: San Francisco Mayor London Breed announced Thursday afternoon that she has tested negative for COVID-19 after a possible exposure. She’ll take another test next week as an extra precaution since it sometimes takes time between being exposed and testing positive.
San Francisco Mayor London Breed announced on Twitter yesterday that she is awaiting results from a COVID-19 test.
She said that she recently attended an event where someone with coronovirus who were aware they had tested positive. The mayor is limiting public events for the next 10 days.

Today, I was informed that recently I attended an event that was also attended by an individual who was aware that they had tested positive for COVID-19.
Following consultation with the Department of Public Health, I’ve taken a COVID-19 test and am waiting for the results.
