Sunday Streets
Sunday Streets (March – October 2013) is San Francisco’s official block party – a sorta-monthly roving neighborhood celebration and five hour street party where the streets are closed to vehicles so pedestrians, roller skaters, bicyclists, yoga classes… everyone except for cars can take over the streets for an afternoon.

What happens at Sunday Streets?
Every month is a completely different party, but throughout the 2013 season you can expect activities like treasure hunts, dance performances, hula hooping, dodgeball games, yoga classes, bubble parties and tons more fun stuff in the city streets all for free.

Valencia Street and 24th Street
FREESunday Streets returns to the Mission on April 14, 2013. Valencia Street, from Duboce to 24th, and 24th from Valencia to Hampshire, will be transformed to a space for people to come out and play.
There’ll be free yoga, free fruit from rainbow grocery, free roller disco, live painting, history talks, aztec dances and more.
