Embarcadero Center will host an interactive health forum called Total Wellness. This event is free to the public and is held on the Street Levels of Two and Three Embarcadero Center, located between Front, Sacramento and Clay Streets – Total Wellness is even BARTable.

Incorporating all facets of physical and mental wellness, Total Wellness includes a variety of health screenings, fitness demonstrations, a collection of over 65 health-related booths, a blood drive, product demonstrations, raffle prizes, and more.

Embarcadero Center is committed to providing its tenants and neighbors with community-minded events that aim to educate and impact the public in a positive way. In order to provide a head start on the road to wellness—and help those who have already established good habits maintain their efforts—Embarcadero Center is proud to host Total Wellness, an event that provides specific insights on nutrition, longevity, fitness and overall well-being.
