Trump Roasted for “Yo-Semites” Mispronunciation
He’s from New York and may never have heard of Yosemite before. Is that a valid excuse?

Thanks to Mediate for first sharing with us the clip of President Trump butchering the pronunciation of “Yosemite” during a press conference this week – calling it “Yo-Semites” not once, but twice.
Perhaps it’s possible since he’s from New York he’s never heard of Yosemite? Or never seen it in written form before? We suppose we might have a problem pronouncing “Adirondacks” if we had never seen it spelled before, but, yikes!
Since we cover Yosemite periodically on Funcheap when we cover road trips or regional national parks, we couldn’t help but share this.
