Fairyland’s “The Old Woman Who Lives in a Shoe” is Now Wearing a Mask

Children’s Fairyland in Oakland makes sure its characters are social distancing even while the park is closed

Children’s Fairyland in Oakland (which helped inspire Walt Disney to make his theme parks) is a magical fantasy world for young children to create, imagine, play, and learn. 

There was an old woman who lived in a shoe.
She didn’t want to give or get COVID-19, so what did she do?
She wore a mask as she was required to!

Fairyland is still currently closed, but you can make a donation  to help ensure that Children’s Fairyland can continue to be a resource to our community now and when they re-open. Children need Fairyland, and Fairyland needs you.
