Show up to the Joe Goode Performance Space on Saturday, September 17 for a sizzling oasis of performances as part of the Yerba Buena Center for the Art’s “BAN6 Push Play” events series.
Venue Update: Please note that this event takes place at the Joe Goode Performance Space (499 Alabama St., #500, SF) and not at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts
This final edition of YBCA’s self-curated art event will encourage each audience member to become a featured performer and a partner in process with an afternoon of open-call, avant-garde performance workshops. Guests may join workshops at 3pm or 5pm, with the resulting performances occurring at 5pm and 7pm, respectively.
Five teams, each guided by a lead artist, will collaboratively shape, organize and stage a piece that they create in workshops as a part of this free, all-day event full of fine art.
