111 Minna Gallery opens up two rooms for a Spooky 90’s Warehouse Party. Come do all your macabre dancing and flailing limbs to the tune of Alt 90’s Rock and Hip-Hop with Rave-y music later on.
Entry is for those of drinking age and costs $5 unless you’re cool and you dress up in 90’s Halloween garbs, then it’s FREE. (Feel free to interpret that how you want). Also, there’ll be FREE glowsticks passed out to first 150 in the door.
Tonight’s Spooky Party features local turn tableists:
- Jamie Jams – American underground indie rock DJ, loves flannels
- EMDEE – trance & house DJ with own production house
- DJ Stab Master Arson – Nerdy white dude with a sweet Hip-Hop catalog
- Special guest Chris Orr the “Vinyl Whore” – spins house, hip-hop & swank
MIDNIGHT RAVE: When the clock strikes 12, the intensity revs up a notch for a Classic Hacienda Rave Set (named after the famed ’90s Manchester, UK rave nightclub The Hacienda). Yep, that’s what the glowsticks are for.
