Directions In Stereo + 415 Zine Party (SF)

Join us on Friday, June 27, 2025, as Directions In Stereo, 415 Zine, and 540 Bar combine forces for a triple dose of good vibes, art, and music.

It’s the last Friday of the month at 540 Bar, which means Directions In Stereo will be cued up, providing the sonic backdrop for the evening. DIS host Dj Circuit73 (Todd Kurnat, Inkletterman) will be wrapping up his birthday week by playing vinyl from the year he was born – 1973! You can look forward to an eclectic mix of jazz, rock, reggae, soul, funk, and more from arguably one of the best years in music history.

In addition, special guests 415 Zine celebrate the latest issue of their quarterly mini magazine that explores San Francisco’s expansive art culture. Owners Laine and Alfredo will be on hand from 6-9 pm with hot-off-the-press copies of Issue #6, as well as past editions to complete your collection. Plus, more 415 Zine goodies!

All of this is going down right in the heart of the Inner Richmond at 540 Bar, purveyors of ice-cold beer, deliciously stiff cocktails, rotating art shows, and pinball machines. 540’s inclusive nature and community vision are a perpetual favorite for both residents and tourists alike.
