The Disposable Film Festival and Practice Fusion welcome filmmakers and health advocates to a Create-a-thon, a free film workshop on using video to tell stories about wellness, patients and doctors. Your health film will give you a chance to win $5000 and a VIP screening in November.

Hosted at Hotel Rex, the Create-a-thon will provide a complimentary lunch and free wine reception to follow the fun. Free, but RSVP required
