The Mina Project is a musical tribute to Mina Mazzini (aka Mina), Italy’s most prolific and successful Italian singer of the modern era and whose work spans 6 decades. The Mina Project focuses on her hits from the 1960’s and 70’s, combining classic Italian pop with elements of Jazz, Blues, Swing, R&B and Soul. Lead vocalist Anne-Marie Russo offers an effervescent stage performance and dynamic vocal stylings capture and celebrate Mina and other famous artists of the era.
Cherie Lebow is the founder and lead vocalist of the well known band Bond Girl, a James Bond rock band. She will delight The Lost Church audience with the signature sounds and hit songs from the early James Bond films. She is a Bay Area singer, guitarist and band leader. She’s a dynamic performer with a powerful, signature sound delivering a sultry mix of jazz, rock, blues and soul. She also founded Blue Light Boogie, a jazz trio; and The Cherie Lebow Band, an original band.
