Iris (Kate Winslet) and Amanda (Cameron Diaz), both unlucky in love, agree to swap homes for a much-needed holiday break.

Iris finds herself in a Hollywood mansion while Amanda navigates an English village. Before long, both lovelorn ladies bump into local lads who might just be the perfect romantic pick-me-up.
