Cotton Mill Studios October event features an ever-expanding gallery of art from Cotton Mill residents and guest artists alike, a full runway fashion show, a live performance stage, and the Design Bazaar with a whole slew of vendors, open studios, and food trucks.

Street parking is nearly impossible, so use shuttle buses available at Fruitvale BART. CMS has three SUVs to pick up people at the station, so no one waits more then 15 minutes.
