It’s the Bay Area’s Premier Eco-Friendly Artisan Event!
The FabMo Artisans Market returns to Los Altos this fall and will showcase the work of nearly 40 local makers offering uniquely beautiful, sustainably-handcrafted fine art, fashion accessories, home decor, jewelry, toys, gifts and holiday items. All of the items sold will be crafted from the roughly 70+ tons of designer fabric remnants, leather, tile, wallpaper and other materials the non-profit FabMo diverts from the landfill each year. The show, now in its 14th year, has historically attracted eco-conscious artisans and shoppers from all around the Bay Area.
In addition to the artisanal wares, a curated collection of vintage linens and other curios which will be sold to benefit FabMo’s programs.
With more cities setting zero-waste goals for the coming decade, this annual event serves as both an inspiration and a powerful reminder of the potential of creative reuse—and provides a great opportunity to get a jumpstart on (guilt-free) holiday shopping.
