Week Of The Family 2020 | San Carlos
San Carlos will celebrate its 21st annual Week of the Family which sees hundreds of families come together for fun, free activities in the San Carlos neighborhood from January 17 – 25, 2020.
The goals of the San Carlos Week of the Family are to:
- Strengthen family relationships
- Provide families in our community the tools that help families
- Promote family life
- Honor and pay tribute to families
- Encourage families serving families
- Have lots of fun
The San Carlos Week of the Family is an annual event organized by community volunteers whose goal is to strengthen family relationships by providing a series of activities focusing on family and community interaction. Celebrating twenty year, the Week of the Family committee and its volunteers are proud to contribute to the quality of life and the family-orientated community of The City of Good Living.
Please join the hundreds of families that have enjoyed Week of the Family by participating in one or more of the mostly free activities offered. You’re sure to find something entertaining and fun for your entire family.
San Carlos families take many forms. Everyone in our community is encouraged to participate.
Come celebrate San Carlos’ Week of the Family here at the library. This year’s event is presented by Circus of Smiles. It’s their Gravity Defying Circus.
Join Andrew Quick and Mr. Mustache on a comical circus adventure. These incredible performers defy the very laws of nature as they juggle, flip, and make some unbelievable catches. Come join the performance as well. They will call out to members of the audience to assist them in their gravity defying acts. This action-packed romp into a world of silliness and wonder will leave you in stitches.
All ages welcome, but the performance is geared towards K-5th grade.
