The Our Family Pride contingent marches in the San Francisco Pride Parade on Sunday, June 30, 2019. Please bring scooters, wagons, strollers, and other ways to keep the contingent moving.
To march in the parade, marchers need to arrive at our assembly area no later than 10:45 am. The parade begins at 10:30 am, with OFC stepping off at 11:15 am; the parade will not wait for latecomers, so be sure to arrive early.
The 2019 Annual Family Garden starts at 11 am and is located directly opposite the Asian Art Museum at McAllister & Larkin.
The Family Garden offers arts, crafts, face painting, a cool play structure, a family-filled oasis, and more (fun new activities this year) within the huge Pride party. This event is free. Donations through registration or on-site are appreciated.
They strive to make their programs accessible to all families. Please register for accommodations that would help your family participate to the fullest (e.g. Language interpreter, translated materials, childcare providers experienced with kids with disabilities, large print materials, gluten-free food options, etc.).
If registering within 48 hours of the event, please call 415-981-1960 to ensure receipt of your request.
Disclaimer: Please double check event information with the event organizer as events can be canceled, details can change after they are added to our calendar, and errors do occur.
