The San Francisco Community Hair and Beauty Awareness Day will be held along Fillmore Street between Eddy and Ellis streets from noon to 6 pm on Sunday, August 16, 2015.

Event highlights include:

  • Student hair competition show – winner receives cash prize toward cosmetology school tuition and/or supplies
  • Hair and Fashion Shows
  • Event MC: J Redd (comedian)
  • Live Gospel music
  • Live Band
  • Kid Zone: face painting, interactive games, and more

  • Free back to school hair cuts for boys
