Noise Pop’s week-long free happy hour concert series continues with our favorite free concert of the entire week. The Frail headline (named best up-and-coming act in SF by Deli Magazine) and will fill the entire Benders Bar with thir floor-shaking electro anthems from their upcoming album “Lasers Over Lovers” – our favorite album title of the year.
