The internationally acclaimed documentary “Flowers Beyond the Dark” is coming to San Francisco as part of the Ukrainian Spring Film Marathon!
The film follows three parallel stories from the Kyiv region in spring 2022 — a couple of artists separated by occupation finding their way back to each other, defenders guarding an evacuation route for civilians, and a priest in Bucha tending to the first mass burials on his church grounds.
The evening includes an introductory presentation, film screening, and post-film Q&A discussion. Seating is limited — RSVP recommended.
