We are pleased to present the third in our line up of great lectures this year: Golf: A Healthy Swing, lead by our very own physical therapists Travis Moore PT, DPT; Tim Appleford PT, MSPT, OCS, ATC.

Don’t let aches and pains take you away from the game. Travis and Tim will be discussing the important elements of a healthy swing.

Lecture includes:
1. What muscles and bones are most important for a healthy swing.
2. How posture effects addressing the ball.
3. What research has shown to reduce injury risk.
4. What good and bad mechanics look like.
5. What muscles contribute to a powerful swing.

Be sure to RSVP, as seating is limited.
