Free Parking for Xmas Shoppers in SF | Through 12/26

To encourage carpooling during the Christmas shopping season, many parking lots in downtown San Francisco will be offering free validated parking through December 26th.

Free Parking: Holiday Carpool Parking Validation

• One hour free parking with three occupants per vehicle.
• Two hours free parking with four or more occupants per vehicle.

Start date: Dec. 1, 2010
End date: Dec. 26, 2010

Vallejo Street Garage, Ellis-O’Farrell Garage, Fifth & Mission Garage, Union Square Garage, Civic Center Garage (Saturday & Sunday only), Lombard Street Garage, Mission-Bartlett Garage

Program is effective Dec. 1, 2010, through Dec. 26, 2010, for vehicles entering participating garages between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Employees will validate qualified carpool participants.

The Civic Center Garage is participating in this program on Saturdays and Sundays only; the other seven garages are participating seven days a week.
