Want to melt away those holiday pounds? Get a FREE total body workout with some small free weights & a mat.
Sculpt your body using a rotating combination of cardio, strength training and Pilates-based core work. This is a challenging workout for beginners to advanced boot campers with modifications and challenges for all levels.
BRING: some 3-to-10 lb. handweights, athletic shoes, a towel, and a yoga mat. For more info, email Toni at alum@sportsbasement.com.
FREE 10-min MASSAGE: Also in the Sports Basement WC store, they’ll be giving free 10-minute massage between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. That means you could do that workout and then have time for a massage afterwards, right? First come, first served.
