Join us at Book Passage for an author event in celebration of Joseph Millar’s new book Shine & Dorianne Laux’s new book Finger Exercises for Poets.  Joseph Millar’s lyrical poems explore work, love, filial connection, life, and death. Throughout Finger Exercises for Poets, Laux reminds us that poetry is a practice as much as an art and that poets must hone their language as a musician practicing an instrument
