Two rising comedy stars from MTV’s hit show Girl Code co-headline an evening of stand-up at Cobb’s Comedy Club.
Free, but an RSVP is required. Call the Cobb’s Comedy Club box office (open Wed-Sun, 4-6 pm) at 415-928-4320, and mention “FunCheap” to reserve two free tickets. Two drink minimum and 18+ only.
After first gaining national attention as a finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Jeff Dye has gone on to star in his own Comedy Central special, host two MTV series and serve as a designer on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. He’s one of the younger headlining comedians on the circuit today, with boyish good looks and a relatively clean (but cleverly twisted) sense of humor. Dye is joined by his Girl Code co-star Jessimae Peluso, a self-proclaimed “insecure narcissist” who has founded a solid comic reputation in New York City and beyond with her straightforward, raw sense of humor.
