Oakland-based Jeff Greenwald — best known for his best-selling books, including Shopping for Buddhas, The Size of the World and now Snake Lake — brings the hand of destiny to this work: an improvised monologue inspired by the joys of wanderlust. Audience members step onstage, and spin a huge, colorful Wheel of Fortune. Round and ’round it spins, and where it stops, our story begins….

The Marsh offers complimentary tickets to the opening weekend of Jeff Greenwald’s “Strange Travel Suggestions”, premiering at The Marsh Berkeley on January 6, 2011. A limited number of comps are available for the shows on Thursday 1/6 at 8pm, Friday 1/7 at 8pm and Saturday 1/8 at 5pm.
