Join Chef Florence Mendoza for another installment of her hands-on vegetarian cooking series on Saturday, December 3 at the SoMa Gene Friend Park & Recreation Center.

This lesson will focus on fancy (and fun) sit-down dishes including a vegetarian hot pot, fondue, as well as instruction on how to make a delicious leche flan.

Just make sure to RSVP in advance by calling Chef Mendoza at (415) 602-0152, so that you can chow down on some hearty stews and holiday sweets at this healthy vegetarian cooking class.
