Variety Children’s Charity hosts graphic artist Barry Barnes for a reception.
His artwork, hand-pulled silkscreened prints, features a host of science fiction and fantasy themes; did you know that Death rides a skateboard? That the thing hanging out of your teacup isn’t a teabag, but a tentacle? That standing by the Edgar Allan Poe portrait causes you to hear bells ringing? And that the devil has the cutest little kitty-kat face you ever saw.
