An accessible, educational workshop on why the same conflict patterns repeat in close relationships. Using attachment theory, contemporary relationship science, and a few Sex and the City clips, we’ll explore the three most common fight cycles and what drives our emotional responses. Playful, reflective, and totally free—no personal sharing required.
