Free World Mental Health Day: Yoga + Reiki (Thrive City)

In celebration of World Mental Health Day, we’ll be hosting an event filled with activations to help feel like your best self.

Take part in these activities:

Gentle Stretching Movements: A certified yoga instructor will lead you through gentle stretches to help release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.
Reiki Sound Healing with Sound Bowl and Harp: Experience the soothing and healing vibrations of the soundbowl and harp, promoting relaxation and balance in the body and mind.
Reiki Massage: Certified Reiki practitioners will offer mini Reiki sessions to provide energy healing and promote deep relaxation and dress relief
Melt Away Stress: Indulge in some much-needed relaxation and enjoy free chair massages to release tension and rejuvenate your body.
Discover & Connect: Visit our vendors to connect with experts who can help you on your wellness journey.

Space is limited to first-come, first-served.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:

No weapons of any kind
No alcohol brought onto the plaza
All pets* on a leash
No coolers
No lawn chairs
Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
No smoking of any kind
No amplified sound
No drones
No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
No motorized vehicles
No pamphlets or product samples
No overnight camping
No tents
All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
