Friday Nights at the de Young offers a variety of interdisciplinary arts programs, including live music, poetry, films, dance, tours, talks and more.
On September 23rd listen to live music by Rob Reich’s Circus Bella All Star Band, see a presentation of “Interpreting Art History through 3D and Interactivity,” another creation by the dynamic father-son duo Rene and Rio Yañez, attend a special lecture: “Picasso and the Bad Boys of Montmartre: Young Artists Coming of Age (1904-1912),” and tons more all for free

Friday Nights at the de Young offers a variety of free interdisciplinary arts programs, including live music, poetry, films, dance, art activities and lectures in the public spaces of the museum.Please note that admission to the museum’s galleries is not free on Friday nights, but instead all of the events listed above take place in the museum’s “free zone” right by the entrance and are free and open the public and do not require tickets.
