Event Details

Velocity Circus will bring to light the popular performing art spectacles of the French impressionist era…with a twist. A Pas de Deux performed on point to contemporary music, female Can-Can acrobats welcome a male to their posse, a time traveling Ring Master du Cirque, and the sinuous contortions of circus artists both inspire and are inspired by the brush strokes of impressionism.

Also a film screening about Impressionism, hands on Seurat art making and Miss Litz Plummer, San Francisco’s very own Opera Lady, surprises and delights listeners with her angelic soprano voice.
