1. Purchase Currency

All payments on Funcheap LLC are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Customer Service Contact Information

Each client receives direct customer service contact information with their invoice before payment is due. Funcheap LLC establishes a one-on-one communication channel with every client, ensuring that all buyers of advertising services have direct contact information for any questions or concerns.

3. Refund Policy

If any part of a paid advertising campaign does not run due to an error on Funcheap LLC’s part, we will either issue a refund for the prorated portion of the campaign or offer additional advertising in compensation. Refunds or compensations are issued based on the portion of services unfulfilled.

4. Cancellation Policy

For clients on optional recurring monthly advertising packages, cancellations are permitted if notification is received at least two full business days before the start of the next billing month. This policy allows us to halt the subsequent payment on time.

6. Security of Payment Information

7. Accepted Payment Methods

Funcheap LLC, through FreshBooks, accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfers. Payment method availability may vary based on FreshBooks’ policy updates.
