What do you think of when you hear the word “Sound Bath”?

Imagine warm relaxing bath where you can unplug from every external stimuli and listen what is going on within you. This is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-discovery. Combined with Glow Flow – more/less advanced practice for strength & flexibility, breathwork, concentration exercises, and yogic wisdom to foster inner peace, self-discipline, and self-awareness.
