Great Highway Slow Ride Protest (SF)

Join us on our last Great Highway Slow Ride Protest of 2021! As we’ve done on most Thursdays since the city brought cars back onto the Great Highway in August, we’re protesting in support of a permanent park and reminding the city that car-free spaces are more important than driver convenience.
Meetup: Murphy Windmill at 5:30pm. Roll out. at 6pm. We usually go from the north end of the Upper Great Highway (Lincoln) to the southern end (Sloat) and come back to the Lincoln/Murphy Windmill, traveling at ~5mph. It usually lasts around an hour and all, including joggers, walkers, skaters, wheelchair users, and cyclists, are welcome. Please bring: smiles, layers, lights, and friends!
