Event Details

Amoeba now lists this event as canceled.

With his sinewy guitar and wry, whiskey-glazed voice, Hanni El Khatib creates a bluesy garage rock soul-meets-malt shop sound for those who drink them spiked with bourbon.

He says he writes songs for “anyone who’s ever been shot or hit by a train,” and brings with him the rawness of Phil Spector, Jack White, The Shangri-Las, and The Black Keys. His new album, Will The Guns Come Out, will be released on September 27th on Innovative Leisure.
